We are seeking a Senior Process & Mechanical Designer to provide technical leadership in the design and development of industrial process systems, including skid-based and modular equipment. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing practical design solutions, and guiding projects from initial concept through fabrication and deployment.

You bring deep expertise in mechanical and process design, strong technical judgment, and the ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines. You are comfortable leading design reviews, working directly with clients, and mentoring others while maintaining a hands-on approach to design execution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, establish design best practices, and drive improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency, and project delivery.

• Lead the design and development of industrial process systems, including skid-based and modular equipment, from concept through detailed design and release.
• Develop and review technical requirements, 3D models, general arrangement drawings, equipment layouts, and piping designs.
• Solve complex design challenges through engineering analysis, simulation, validation, and sound technical judgment.
• Lead internal and client-facing design reviews, presenting solutions and resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls teams to deliver integrated system designs.
• Partner with fabrication and field service teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, safe, and aligned with project requirements.
• Support project proposals, cost estimates, and execution planning to meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Mentor designers and engineers while establishing design standards, tools, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance design quality, standardization, and efficiency.

• 10+ years of experience in industrial process and/or mechanical design within an engineering or industrial environment.
