Apply for the Gameday Assistant/Flight Crew role with the Rochester Knight hawks for the 2025-26 season (November – May) in Rochester, NY.
CompensationBase pay: $15.50/hr (fixed rate). Compensation may vary by location, experience, and performance. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for additional benefits and paid leave.
Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with game day production, including setup, show scripting, promotions, and entertainment elements.
- Support in‑arena operations such as on‑field contests, crowd engagement, and mascot support.
- Help run video board content, music cues, and sponsorship activations.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to capture content and engage fans.
- Provide event support for community appearances, player signings, and youth lacrosse programs.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the fan experience and overall show atmosphere.
- Support general office and event logistics as needed.
- Hands‑on experience in sports event production and marketing.
- Mentorship from professionals in pro sports and live entertainment.
- Opportunities to build your portfolio, network, and resume.
- Behind‑the‑scenes access to National League Lacrosse game operations.

- College student pursuing a degree in sports management, communications, marketing, broadcasting, or related fields, or recent graduate.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the team schedule.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
