JK Executive Strategies is partnering with a well‑respected financial services firm in search of a Wealth Advisor to join its team. The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business by assisting clients in meeting financial goals by recommending appropriate plans and products. This position will work closely with the Senior Advisors to provide tailored financial advice and solutions to our clients.

- Effectively and efficiently service existing clients and new ones referred to the practice.
- Contribute to strategic business objectives; offer suggestions to help the firm grow, improve, and evolve.
- Advise and service clients effectively and ethically.
- Help individuals identify their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Recommend plans and identify appropriate investment and insurance solutions to help clients achieve goals; (e.g., estate issues, tax considerations, retirement planning, education planning).
- Analyze clients' income and asset situation, as requested; at least once annually, review and update the financial situation.
- Comply with all FINRA/SEC/Commonwealth compliance regulations; satisfy continuing education requirements.
- Develop and sustain relationships with other in‑house professionals and strategic alliances; when necessary, refer clients to strategic allies (e.g., attorneys) to ensure that needs are met.
- Stay current on industry developments; service and product enhancements; regulatory issues; and client needs or wants.
- Participate on the firm's investment committee, as appropriate.
- BA or BS in business or related field required.
- Advanced degree/designation a plus (e.g., MBA, CFP®, or CPA).
- Prior enrollment or willingness to enroll in the CFP certification program.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 securities registrations.
- More than three years of experience building/servicing a book of business successfully or paraplanner experience or high‑level assistant to an advisor.
- Experience working with NFS processes and forms a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and communication of financial planning concepts and terminology.
- Excellent knowledge and communication of products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance policies, and annuities.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), Money Guide Pro ™, CRM, Morningstar®, Holistiplan, FI360, and Wealthscape? are a plus.
- Ability to interact and communicate with people across all levels of the business.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail while under pressure, as well as to view details in the overall context of the circumstances.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proofreading or quality assurance skills.
- $70k-100k
