Part Time Licensed Esthetician

Injection Studio by Rachel is looking for an experienced, licensed Esthetician to join our growing aesthetics studio on a part-time basis.

We are looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about skin health and aesthetics
—and who wants to work in an environment that feels modern, welcoming, and anything but cookie-cutter.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of professional esthetics experience
, strong client communication skills, and a genuine interest in providing thoughtful, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide professional esthetic services based on client goals and individual skin needs
• Perform thorough skin assessments and consultations
• Educate clients on appropriate treatments and at-home skincare
• Develop personalized treatment recommendations and long-term skin plans
• Maintain a high standard of client care and professionalism
• Create a warm, comfortable, and memorable client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with Rachel and the Injection Studio team when appropriate
• Help educate and build relationships with clients rather than simply performing treatments

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current New York State Esthetics License
• Has 4–5+ years of hands-on esthetics experience
• Is confident performing professional esthetic treatments
• Has strong knowledge of skin health and skincare
• Is comfortable consulting with clients and making treatment recommendations
• Is personable, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Values natural-looking, thoughtful, and individualized results
• Is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Is interested in growing their clientele within an established aesthetics environment
