Ultrasound Sonographer – Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY
Job DescriptionThis part‑time Ultrasound Sonographer position is eligible for a $2500 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures under the direction of a qualified physician.
- Use ultrasonic equipment requiring independent judgment and initiative to diagnose disease in humans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to quality control standards.
- Completion of a formal ultrasound program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
- ARDMS certification required within one year of hire; BLS preferred.
$34.98 – $41.23 per hour.
Employment TypePart‑time; 20 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am–6:30 pm.
LocationRochester, New York Metropolitan Area.
