Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 13-week contract length

• Every other weekend requirement

• Must be available to work every other holiday if needed

• Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:7

• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months

• 1 year of experience required

• EPIC charting experience required

• BLS certification required

• Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not Compact)

• Must live more than 75 miles from facility

• Floating required within skillset

• Scrub color requirement: any combination of navy blue and white

• Required clinical skills include cardiac monitoring, emergency response, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, Rapid Response/Code team activation, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions

• MS/Tele unit assignment will be determined at time of offer

• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, 5 hours billable)

• Client may cancel up to three shifts during contract period without charges

This 528-bed acute care teaching facility is Magnet-recognized and certified as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. The hospital is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic and Roswell Park, offering specialized services through multiple institutes including the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute, Lipson Cancer Institute, Neuroscience Institute, Pediatric & Young Adult Emergency Center, Twig Birthing Center, and advanced surgical programs including vascular, thoracic, and surgical oncology.
