We are currently searching for a Van Driver for the Marriott Rochester Airport.

Assist hotel guests with personal services. Drive hotel shuttle to/from Airport and other destinations. May take messages, arrange, or give advice on transportation, business services or entertainment, or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance. Must have a valid drivers license.

• Greet guests and assist with transporting luggage to and from rooms
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage accurately and securely
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities, room features, and safety procedures
• Provide directions, assist with local area information, and support guest transportation needs
• Respond to guest requests for luggage assistance, room changes, or lost items
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel events to guide guests accordingly
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold hotel standards at all times
