Base pay range$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Minimum Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have a courteous and pleasing personality and a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Must possess public relations personality and enjoy meeting people.
- Must be able to meet public with poise and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Must be adaptable to hours of work and job requirements.
- Must be dependable and honest.
- Must be willing to accept direction in training and constructive comments.
- Must have general knowledge of food, drinks, garnish, and service times of menu items.
- Must have knowledge of table set ups, condiments, etc.
- Must have knowledge of overall food and beverage operation.
- Set up and break down banquet spaces per Banquet Event Order (BEO).
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of event spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
- Manage audio-visual equipment during events.
- Adhere to safety and security policies and report incidents to management.
- Perform other duties as required to support event operations.
