• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must have a courteous and pleasing personality and a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Must possess public relations personality and enjoy meeting people.
• Must be able to meet public with poise and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Must be able to perform under pressure.
• Must be adaptable to hours of work and job requirements.
• Must be dependable and honest.
• Must be willing to accept direction in training and constructive comments.
• Must have general knowledge of food, drinks, garnish, and service times of menu items.
• Must have knowledge of table set ups, condiments, etc.
• Must have knowledge of overall food and beverage operation.

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of event spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Manage audio-visual equipment during events.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and report incidents to management.
• Perform other duties as required to support event operations.
