As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine and serene environment of our spa and fitness centers, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, relaxation lounges, and workout facilities.
- Ensure that all towels, robes, and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard.
- Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere, upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world‑class spa and fitness facilities.
- Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly.
- Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations, assisting in setup and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness.
- Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
Rate of pay: $29.90 – $39.87 per hour, based on applicable experience.
Qualifications- Deep appreciation for luxury hospitality and passion for creating immaculate, welcoming environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Forbes 5‑Star standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proactive and self‑motivated, ensuring guest areas are always pristine and well‑stocked without direction.
- Ability to work efficiently and gracefully in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
- Warm and professional demeanor, embodying the highest level of guest service excellence.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Full availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
