- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. " + "
- Proactively build pipelines through creative sourcing, direct outreach, and community and social engagement. " + "
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide market insights, and guide effective hiring decisions. " + "
- Strengthen employer brand presence through authentic candidate experiences and consistent communication. " + "
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. " + "
- Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction. " + "

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levels. " + "
- Proven success partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, and retain top talent. " + "
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social platforms, and sourcing tools. " + "
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. " + "
- A proactive, data-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. " + "
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. " + "
