• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Proactively build pipelines through creative sourcing, direct outreach, and community and social engagement.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide market insights, and guide effective hiring decisions.

• Strengthen employer brand presence through authentic candidate experiences and consistent communication.

• Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levels.

• Proven success partnering with business leaders to identify, attract, and retain top talent.

• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social platforms, and sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• A proactive, data-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
