HR Coordinator

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Rochester, NY 14626 (on-site).

• Pay: $28-32/hr
• 12-month assignment (on-site) with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.
• Position will handle benefits enrollment, HRIS updates, onboarding/offboarding, and employment/payroll verifications.
• Support employees and internal teams by answering HR questions, assisting with building access, audits, subpoenas, and providing administrative backup.
• Coordinate HR operations and engagement by maintaining HR content, organizing records, supporting employee events, and assisting with team projects.

• High School Diploma is Required;
  Bachelor’s degree is Preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Certificate in Human Resources is Preferred.
