Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Rochester, New York. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while helping teams attract talent with relevant experience efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, high-volume hiring, and applicant tracking systems, along with the ability to build productive partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for assigned openings, guiding the process from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify talent through job boards, databases, networking channels, and other recruitment resources.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring cycle.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruitment documentation is complete and organized.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up activities to keep the hiring process efficient and thorough.
• Support recruiting operations and HR administration tasks related to hiring workflows, reporting, and compliance requirements.
