Hodgson Russ seeks a Rochester Office Operations and Recruitment Manager to oversee office operations, administrative staff, facilities coordination, local budgeting, and employee support functions, ensuring efficient operations and an exceptional workplace experience for all personnel in the Rochester office. The incumbent also works closely with the Legal Talent Management team in support of local attorney recruitment, including coordination of lateral and entry-level candidate interviews and administration of the Rochester summer associate program.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ progressive experience in a human resources, office management, or recruiting role in a professional services environment.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position in Buffalo is $72,536 to $85,555. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
