MARKETING/LEAD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE – ROCHESTER NYDox Electronics Inc. is looking for a Marketing/Lead Development Associate
. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong interests in SEO, writing, social media, information technology and cybersecurity. You will be focused on several key areas of our business communications including: social media, blog creation, website management and content creation, in addition to supporting larger initiatives that include updating marketing materials, scope of work documents, and assisting technical writers. To be successful, you will need to be able to think creatively, be self-motivated, and produce extremely detailed work.

Marketing/ Lead Development Associate
The Marketing/Lead Development Associate is responsible for increasing our brand awareness and SEO rankings by improving our web and social media presence in addition to assisting with more traditional customer engagement activities.
PositionResponsibilities include:
- Create product demand and customer awareness
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Creation and publication of blog articles including sourcing content and writing copy.
- Create copy for social media posts that will drive customer engagement.
- Assist with organizing social media analytics reports.
- Creation of Case Studies relevant to our products and services.
- Assist with the creation and posting of content for the website as well as other marketing materials.
- Assist with marketing events and driving attendance.
- Creation of Social Media Strategy
- Creating Email Campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and Information Technologies concepts including technology services, cybersecurity concepts and technology solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to translate Information Technology concepts and offerings into common language.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, Facebook and Linkedin, as well as the data tracking tools associated with them.
- Familiarity with business psychology and buying habits.
- Ability to quickly learn and process information.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and “roll with the punches”.
- Physical Demands:
- Normal demands associated with an office environment.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods.
- Ability to communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face.
