At Accountable Digital, our Engagement Team plays a critical role in helping clients achieve measurable growth. The Digital Account Lead is the strategic lead on key accounts, responsible for translating digital marketing into business outcomes. While this role shares traits with a traditional Account Supervisor, it’s broader: you’ll lead digital strategy, own client relationships, and proactively drive results.
This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position for someone who can operate autonomously, deliver insights, and be a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. You will manage cross‑channel digital programs — including paid media, SEO, social, automation, and web — and serve as the central hub for execution, strategy, and performance monitoring.
The primary goal of all positions at Accountable Digital, LLC is to provide support to the agency’s overall mission of delivering and measuring Accountable Digital solutions for our clients.

- 5+ years in a digital marketing or agency environment, ideally with direct client ownership
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and optimize multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns
- Comfortable acting as a strategic consultant, not just a project manager
- Experience working with mid‑size B2B clients (tech/manufacturing exposure is helpful but not required)
- Strong grasp of business‑level outcomes and how digital tactics support them
- Thrives in collaborative, entrepreneurial, small‑team environments
- Strategic thinking grounded in business outcomes
- Clear, confident client communication and presentation skills
- A self‑starter who anticipates needs and drives progress
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with digital analytics, reporting platforms, and marketing technology tools
- Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance strategic thinking, content development, or reporting
- Act as the day‑to‑day lead for assigned clients, proactively managing expectations and delivering strategic insights
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders, often including executive‑level contacts
- Develop and present digital marketing strategies and recommendations that align with client business goals
- Regularly review dashboards, campaign data, and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with confidence and clarity
- Oversee cross‑functional execution of campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, social, and web
- Translate client goals into actionable plans and clearly communicate those to internal and external teams
- Draft SOWs, estimates, and project plans that reflect scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with specialists and partners to ensure high‑quality execution and on‑time delivery
- Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research to inform strategic recommendations
- Monitor and report on tactical campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms — and actively bring new ideas to the team and clients
- Serve as a key contributor to a growing Engagement Team — offering guidance, insight, and collaboration
- While not a people management role today, this position could evolve into a team leadership role as the agency grows

- Team Leadership – As the Engagement Team expands, Supervisors may take on people management responsibilities. Future opportunities could include team lead roles with mentoring, hiring, and staff development responsibilities — especially for those passionate about growing others.
