The Systems Administrator will play a hands‑on role maintaining stable, secure IT systems in an on‑site environment, supporting both office users and manufacturing operations.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, servers, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory and related tools.
- Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery processes.
- Apply security updates, patches, and antivirus measures to maintain system integrity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to end users and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support IT operations in a manufacturing environment where uptime and reliability are critical.
- Experience supporting Windows‑based systems and end users in an on‑site environment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with patching, backups, and basic security best practices.
- Comfortable handling a mix of systems administration and user support responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
