JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in search of an Information Technology Operations Manager to join its team! This role plays a critical part in ensuring the day-to-day integrity, security, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Our client is a well-established nonprofit committed to strengthening community through programs that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Serving the Greater Rochester area, the organization relies on its IT systems to support membership services, community programs, and internal operations.

• Oversee and support daily operations of IT systems across all branches.
• Ensure network and data security, including backup practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and manage Microsoft Active Directory and associated applications.
• Manage infrastructure including wireless networks, mobile devices, camera systems, copiers, and specialized fitness equipment.
• Lead hardware and software procurement, licensing, and vendor management.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation for technology systems.
• Assess and troubleshoot information system issues and coordinate effective solutions.
• Communicate with staff across the organization to ensure IT needs are met.
• Recommend and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Track and manage IT inventory across locations.
• Attend required trainings and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• In-depth understanding of internet security, data privacy, and Active Directory.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and lift up to 40 pounds.
