Electronic Service Technician IV - Third Shift

As a Service Technician IV, you will lead complex RF product servicing, diagnose and resolve advanced issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. You report to the service department supervisor.

• Expert technical support: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug advanced RF products, guiding customers and internal teams.
• Complex servicing and repair of RF products, addressing sophisticated mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• System optimization: analyze and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: maintain comprehensive records of service activities, including test results and service reports.
• Mentorship: provide guidance and training to junior technicians.

• Education:
  
  Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  
  6+ years in servicing and repairing RF products or related electronic equipment.
• Technical proficiency: RF principles, RF test equipment, troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
• Software skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is advantageous.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills; customer service and team collaboration.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work in office and laboratory environments.

• Experience with RF generator boards and test equipment.
• Leadership of 6S and Lean methodologies within a technical service environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring and developing technical talent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

$30 - $38 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate of expected salary based on qualifications, experience, and training.
