Analyst, Data Analytics & AI

Blackstone is looking for an AI Engineer to join their Data Analytics & AI team. This role involves working closely with business units to enhance AI adoption and improve workflows. • Work closely with business units to understand their workflows.
• Identify and prioritize quick wins and larger projects.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and SQL.
• Build applied AI solutions and promote their use.
• Lead training sessions for technology and business teams.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with the team.

• 1+ years in AI engineering, software engineering, or data analysis.
• Fluency in Python and SQL for data interaction.
• Experience with LLMs and AI tooling.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems.
• Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
