Our client, a well‑known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking a patent attorney for their Rochester or Buffalo, NY office. The ideal candidate will have 2‑6 years of patent prosecution experience. A background in optics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering is desired. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client service skills.
Estimated annual base salary range: $125,000 – $159,000.
