Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Associate – New York (Hybrid)

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience to join our Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Practice Group. The successful candidate will represent clients in the most exciting, fast‑paced area of employment law, protecting confidential information and trade secrets from disclosure.

The role includes:

• Interviewing witnesses and clients
• Drafting pleadings and legal memoranda
• Conducting discovery and managing litigation documents
• Obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctions in court
• Representing clients in the courthouse and at settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in civil litigation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Licensed to practice law immediately in New York
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility and handle high‑volume cases

Compensation:
Annual salary range $170,000 – $260,000 (contingent on experience) or $240,000 – $330,000 for New York City (contingent on experience), plus performance‑based bonuses. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
