Our client, a growing personal injury law firm based in Rochester, NY, is actively seeking a Paralegal with a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, client-focused practice with a strong reputation for results.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—providing updates, gathering case details, and managing court date communications
• Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case development
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Investigate facts to assist in the negotiation and resolution of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and case files
• MUST HAVE prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff-side)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Competitive salary up to $65,000 (based on experience)
