Corporate Attorney – Rochester or Buffalo, NY

Base pay range: $115,000 – $175,000 per year.

Seeking a corporate attorney with 1-7 years of significant transactional experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A as well as general corporate matters.
• Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.

• HYBRID schedule, possibility for REMOTE for the Securities role

• Billables 1800, Min bonus + discretionary on performance/billables
