LiDestri Food and Drink in Rochester, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm-6:30am) to lead a maintenance team in a 24/7 operation. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical oversight to improve overall equipment effectiveness and ensure safe, reliable production lines.
You will organize staff, coordinate with production leadership, manage preventive maintenance via CMMS, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and efficiency.
