What we’re looking for- Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
- Previously run your own business.
- Hold an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Phase 1:
First year as a financial professional—sell products, build client relationships, and meet specific performance requirements.
Phase 2:
Six‑month Associate Partner training—lead and coach a team of financial professionals, preparing for senior management roles.
Stage 1:
Commission‑based income. Stage 2:
Salary range $60,000–$150,000, plus bonuses tied to recruiting performance. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability, accidental death coverage, pension plan, and 401(k).
