A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Business Unit Lean Manager to drive Lean transformation and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for coaching and mentoring leaders while implementing Lean methodologies across the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Rochester, NY, with opportunities for travel to other locations.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $103,000 to $130,000 plus bonuses.
