Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in developing, refining, and sustaining manufacturing processes. This position focuses on analyzing products and production methods to drive innovation across both new and existing operations. Working in a collaborative team setting, the engineer contributes to reducing cycle times, improving product quality, and achieving substantial cost efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing stability by designing reliable process capabilities, setting clear standards, and continuously enhancing production workflows.
  • Improve and innovate manufacturing techniques, machine operations, and overall production efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Introduce and implement new technologies to upgrade systems and processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate input for customer quotes.
  • Create and refine manufacturing processes, including tooling/fixtures, CNC programming, and detailed work instructions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing engineering or related role is desirable.
  • Skilled in CAD/CAM software such as Solid Works, Mastercam, and Part Maker.
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery and quality assurance practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.
  • Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Dedicated to maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts.
