Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Position Overview

The Dishwasher ensures cleanliness and sanitation across all food-grade and production equipment, tools, and surfaces. This role supports the safe and efficient production of cannabis-infused products (edibles, beverages, vapes) by washing, sanitizing, and organizing items while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize utensils, containers, molds, pans, tools, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized during and after shifts.
• Perform routine deep-cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, sinks, and stainless-steel surfaces.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with protocols.
• Transport cleaned items to proper departments or storage areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and checklists for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with waste removal, including compost and hazardous waste separation.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
• Support production staff with minor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or sanitation is a plus.
• Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and biosecurity protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to assist across shifts or departments if needed.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to cleaning chemicals, humidity, and moderate noise.
• PPE (personal protective equipment) required at all times.
