Rochester 100 continues to manufacture custom vinyl products for a variety of purposes.

Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Shipping Department Worker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring that products are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our company operates on a rotational work schedule, which requires employees to be able to work in all departments at any time. All employees are considered Temporary Employees for the first 30 days of employment Probationary Period. At any time during the Probationary Period, Temporary Employees may be evaluated and employment may be terminated.
After the Probationary Period, your performance will be evaluated and, if appropriate, you will be offered a permanent employment position.
