• Operate, maintain, and repair manual lathes with expert care.
• Fit parts with precision, holding tolerances within .001–.005 inches.
• Set up and run multiple machines concurrently—your efficiency matters.
• Monitor fixturing and work-holding methods to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height stands.
• Keep equipment in top shape through preventative maintenance and daily cleaning.

• Proven manual machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of manual lathes, mills, and turning centers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence.
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail.

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Training on day shift for 2–6 weeks, based on experience.
• Overtime available on all shifts.

Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $41,600 – $58,240 per year. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 10 paid holidays, on-site workout facility, and brand-new cafeteria.
