We design and manufacture customized, turn‑key induction heating systems for industrial heat treating, brazing welding, hardening and general‑purpose heating.

GHIA is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Electro‑mechanical Assembler to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electro‑mechanical equipment and sub‑assemblies with precision and adherence to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a good eye for detail, working with both mechanical and electronic components to build our innovative products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and work procedures.
• Assemble, wire, and install various sub‑assemblies into machines.
• Perform plumbing and wiring interconnects between sub‑assemblies.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with engineering teams to implement machine improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety rules and OSHA regulations.

• Proven ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Strong focus on quality control and a dedication to following safety procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Good color vision is often required for wire identification.
• Must be dependable, on time and present every day to the best of your ability.

• Previous experience as an electro‑mechanical assembler or in a related field.

• Competitive salary: $23–$30 per hour depending on experience.

• We only run a daytime shift Mon‑Fri from 8am to 4:30pm, with the possibility of overtime depending on workload.
