About the RoleAre you ready to learn new skills and help build technology that protects military personnel and first responders? Yoh is hiring Entry‑Level Assemblers to work with electronic components at L3
Harris in Henrietta, NY. No prior experience required – just bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliable transportation.
- Follow engineered assembly processes to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
- Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards.
- Complete a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub‑assemblies, or end products.
- Work under a microscope with small parts.
- Stand for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE (required)
- Reliable transportation (bus lines do not accommodate all shifts).
- Ability to attend a 2‑week training program (Mon‑Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) before starting your shift.
- Pass all pre‑employment screenings: criminal background, education verification, and drug test.

Mon–Thu, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM – $17.50/hr - 2nd Shift
:
Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM – $19.25/hr - 3rd Shift
:
Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM – $21.88/hr (limited openings)
