Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 2:30 am - 11:00 am with rotating Saturday shifts. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; commercial tire handling may require team lifts or mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, etc.) as business needs dictate.
- Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must have normal visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs, plus a pushing force of up to 40 lbs, are required. Handling of commercial tires may involve rolling, destacking, or team lifting using mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and state and federal regulations.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana not tested).
