Manufacturing Technician

Eastman Kodak Company is looking for Technicians to join our Advanced Materials and Chemicals Division onsite in Rochester, NY.

Technicians work in a variety of roles, all involved in manufacturing the highest-quality light-sensitive coated products in the world.

• Work in both light and dark room conditions.
• Work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days one week, nights the next).

• 2–5 years of employment experience.
• Detail‑orientated team player.
• Flexible across multiple positions; capable of multitasking or moving within a shift.
• Effective with minimal supervision.
• Prioritise work to meet business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or adjust schedule for business needs.
• Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean work area and strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Computer proficiency including navigation and data entry.
• Involvement in product quality and process improvement activities.
• Interaction with operators, engineers, and maintenance personnel.

• Associate’s degree, technical certifications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of film photography and thin‑film coating processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, data analysis, and computer abilities (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of Outlook, One‑LIMS, Felix, and the SAP system.

Base pay range: $19.50/hr – $23.00/hr.

Provided pay range: $19.50/hr – $23.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
