Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Operator I is responsible for the inspection, assembly, and packing of products.
Responsibilities- Visually inspect bottles from machines, conveyor lines, or bulk containers, making quality decisions on each part.
- Set up work area where applicable as a controlled environment with attire including hats, gloves, beard masks, and coats.
- Perform housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean production environment.
- Maintain necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all company and departmental work and safety rules.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to perform simple math, such as addition and subtraction of whole numbers.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination skills and ability to lift and load pallets weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Must have 1 year manufacturing experience.
- Able to work overtime.
