LiDestri Foods, located in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Full Time 1st/Mid Level Management position to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations on the assigned shift. You will be responsible for safety, quality, line efficiency, yield and customer service goals while leading a team of hourly staff.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production setting, preferably in food/beverage or related industries.
