Aleron is seeking a Mold Maker in Rochester, NY for a Direct Hire role on the 1st shift. You’ll plan the process to fabricate and assemble precision injection molds that meet all customer expectations and stay at or below established cost targets, leveraging CAD/CAM data and your extensive mold-making experience.
You will ensure that actual machine and labor hours align with the Build Plan and document readings per ISO standards.
