Utility Operator

We are currently seeking Utility Operators to support operations within a fast-paced production environment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential.

Schedule

12-hour shifts 2-2-3 rotating schedule (2 weeks on Days / 2 weeks on Nights)

Days 7:00am - 7:00pm Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am

Position Summary

Assist with the daily operations of the manufacturing department while supporting production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety procedures and actively participate in safety programs and observations.
• Retrieve and follow production specifications, work instructions, and setup information.
• Assist with the operation of production equipment while monitoring quality, productivity, and waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required quality inspections and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and departmental meetings.
• Work collaboratively with machine operators and production team members.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts and overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Pay Details: $24.71 to $26.21 per hour
