Datrose is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Shift Manager for the Rochester, NY facility. This full-time role leads a 5–6 person maintenance team on 7-day production, with a 12-hour night schedule and 2-2-3 rotation, ensuring equipment uptime and safety across high-speed lines.
You will drive preventive maintenance via CMMS, coordinate with production and engineering, and coach technicians on best practices. AAS/BS in engineering and 2–5 years of 24/7 maintenance leadership are required;
