Thisisahands-onpositionforsomeonewhounderstandsthatsuccessfullaseroperationgoesbeyondsimplyloadingmaterialandpushingabutton.
You’llberesponsibleformachinesetup,first-piece production,inspection approval,andrunningproductionwhilemaintainingqualityandefficiency.
Thecompanyoperatesahighlyintegratedmanufacturingenvironmentservingindustriessuchasmedical,automotive,telecommunications,electronics,transportation,andotherspecializedmarkets.
What You’llDo- Operatetubelaserequipmentinaproductionenvironment.
- Setupmachinesandpreparejobsforproduction.
- Complete first-piecesetupsandobtaininspectionapproval.
- Runproductionaccordingtojobrequirementsandspecifications.
- WorkcloselywiththeCNCprogrammingteam,whichprovidesmachineprograms.
- Adjustbetweensetupandproductionresponsibilitiesdependingonthejob.
- Maintainqualitystandardsthroughouttheproductionprocess.
- Helptrainnewassociatesoncefullyestablishedintherole.
- Previoustubelaseroperatingexperience.
- Strongsetupandfirst-piece experience.
- Experienceworkinginprecisionmanufacturing,sheet metal,orasimilarproductionenvironment.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingtoacollaborativeteam.
- Reliableandconsistentworkhistory.
- Willingnesstoworkovertimeoroccasionalweekendsbasedonbusinessneeds.

Machineprogrammingishandledseparately,allowingtheoperatortofocusonsetup,first-piece approval,and production.
