Schedule is 4:30 AM–5:00 AM start, Monday–Thursday, with a strong emphasis on safety, coaching, and continuous improvement. The role requires lean and Amtech system proficiency, forklift operation, and a proactive, assertive leadership style capable of driving KPI results.
