Gleason in Rochester, NY is seeking Machinists with a wide range of experience for 1st Shift openings. This position supports both entry-level pathways in Advanced Manufacturing and advanced precision work for seasoned machinists.
You will set up and operate a variety of conventional and CNC machines, read blueprints, check tolerances, and contribute to continuous improvement. Levels I–IV describe our progression and training opportunities across the shop.
