Kelly Services is seeking Slide Cell Assembly Operators for a manufacturing client in the Rochester area. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on assembly work and are comfortable using basic technology to complete quality checks.

• Assemble slide cell components according to established procedures
• Work with small components and electronic/technical parts
• Secure components using adhesive and other assembly methods
• Perform visual inspections throughout the assembly process
• Connect completed assemblies to a computer or testing system
• Perform basic functional checks to confirm the assembly is operating correctly
• Identify and report quality issues or defects
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, or technical experience is a plus
• Entry-level assembly experience is welcome
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
