Kelly Services is hiring Final Testing Operators for a manufacturing client in the Rochester area. This role is responsible for completing final checks on assembled products and using computer-based testing equipment to verify that assemblies meet quality and performance requirements.

• Perform final inspection of completed slide cell assemblies
• Connect assemblies to computer-based testing equipment
• Follow established testing procedures to verify proper operation
• Review test results and identify potential issues
• Visually inspect components for defects or inconsistencies
• Document test results and communicate quality concerns
• Work closely with the assembly process to help ensure products meet specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality/safety procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean testing area

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, testing, electronics, or quality experience is helpful but not required
• Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Comfortable learning how to use testing equipment and follow testing procedures
• Ability to identify differences or defects through visual inspection
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work overnight hours
