MOHR Talent in Rochester, NY is seeking a Welder Fabricator to build railings, stairs, and miscellaneous metals from shop prints. You will own work from material prep through finished inspection with core shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and optional overtime.
Requirements include 3+ years of hands-on fabrication experience, proven layout and welding skills, and the ability to read prints with tape measure accuracy. This onsite role offers strong earning potential and benefits.
