• Perform daily responsibilities safely and accurately, following established procedures and protocols
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

• 3–5 years of related or similar work experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
• Moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials (light to moderately heavy), and occasional lifting of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• May include exposure to various environmental conditions such as weather, noise, or chemicals
• PPE provided and required as necessary

• Works under close supervision with regular feedback and guidance
• Follows established procedures and standards
• Makes straightforward decisions within clearly defined guidelines
