Steel Manufacturing Production Worker​/Fabrication Helper

Location: Rochester, NY (Occasional work in Macedon, NY)
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Overtime: Available but not mandatory

We're hiring a dependable, hardworking Production Worker / Fabrication Helper to join an established structural steel manufacturing team in Rochester, NY.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in a job well done, and is a true team player who's willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

You don't need to be an experienced welder or fabricator! If you have experience in manufacturing, production, construction, machine operation, or general industrial work, we want to hear from you.

• Assist with daily steel manufacturing and fabrication operations.
• Move, organize, and prepare steel materials for production.
• Support cutting, grinding, drilling, and basic metal fabrication.
• Assist machine operators, welders, and fabricators as needed.
• Use a tape measure to take accurate measurements.
• Help with basic assembly, finishing, and general shop duties.
• Work alongside different teams and learn new equipment and processes.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Occasionally assist at our Macedon manufacturing location.

• Tape measure skills: Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.

• Flexibility: Comfortable performing different tasks throughout the workday.
• Willingness to learn: Interested in developing new manufacturing and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical work and safely handle manufacturing materials.
• Experience in steel manufacturing, metal fabrication, construction, CNC/machine operation, warehouse material handling, or general production is a plus, but not required.

• $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
