SUMMARYThe Account Executive, Growth Marketing, supports the Marketing & Communications team by working with various cross-functional Agency departments to ensure that all client work moves through the Agency workflow process in a timely and efficient manner, with a high degree of attention to detail and quality. Committed to actively promoting Butler/Till and our suite of marketing solutions across all key audiences, they approach their work with a high level of agility and the ability to adapt to an evolving agency organization and client opportunities.
They drive education, awareness, and enrollment of our programs by supporting the execution of our Marketing strategy, gathering internal and client input, monitoring the internal progress of client projects, and delivering with excellence while championing our brand guidelines and voice. They regularly evaluate the effectiveness of client marketing to deliver best-in-class results that drive both account and client business impact.
KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Outcome:Elevate and Optimize our Marketing and Communications Efforts
- Serve as a liaison between the Mar Com team and our cross-functional stakeholders and support team to execute strategic solutions that meet agency standards and exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate each phase of owned projects to ensure that both the Mar Com team and Account teams are informed and aligned to project progression, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Partner closely with the Mar Com and Creative team members to ensure adherence to overarching strategy and alignment to brand guidelines, including current campaign messaging across all materials.
- Support the development of campaign briefs to guide the Agency’s cross-functional work towards client expectations, helping to contextualize client challenges and opportunities and setting the foundation to deliver meaningful work that supports client business objectives.
- Represent and leverage client and industry context within recommendations, points of view, and reporting to infuse materials development and strengthen trust cross-functionally and with the client.
Maximize Client and Industry Knowledge to Drive Organic Growth and New Business
- Support the development of a meaningful analysis of the client’s business, category, competition, and audience, including relevant implications and potential opportunities.
- Understand and monitor the evolution of the marketing industry and the client’s business in support of the exploration of expanded Agency solutions to solve emerging challenges.
- Fully understand the Agency business strategies to help identify connections to client business strategies.
- Monitor and report on respective KPIs, including attribution tied to marketing efforts that support overall program growth, retention, and positive customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Engagement
- Ensure account and client expectations are met or exceeded by documenting objectives and parameters on all requests and coordinating with internal stakeholders throughout project development to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
