Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry‑Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and communication within the organization. As an Entry‑Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for conveying information effectively and efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming communications from clients and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and clarity.
  • Manage and streamline communications across various platforms to ensure timely information delivery.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor communications and gather feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast‑paced environment.
