Location: City of Rochester
A non-profit organization in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Case Manager for the Women's Shelter. This full-time position (35 hours/week) includes assessing client needs, developing service plans, and providing counseling. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in human services and experience in case management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid NY State Driver License is also required.
